OUR SHIPPING POLICY
Have a problem with your order?
Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We strive to resolve any issues as soon as possible to give you the best possible customer experience.


SHIPPING POLICY
Orders are sent within 7 days of receiving payment. (We're that fast!) Delivery will take place within 7 days after it has been sent. You will receive a tracking number as soon as the order has been sent. We deliver for free in South Africa on a minimum of 6 bottles. For international deliveries, please contact us for a quote on shipping or an alternative arrangement. A delivery note must be signed by the receiver upon delivery to confirm that everything is in good order. Please check your order before signing.


REFUND PROCESS
Not entirely satisfied with our product? No worries! Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery, and we will collect a sample to inspect the wine in question. Frater Family Wines will decide upon a refund, replacement or credit coupon within 24 hours of collecting the sample. Email sales@fraterfamilywines.co.za to authorize a return.


INCORRECT ADDRESS
Did you enter the incorrect delivery address? You can contact us within 7 days after placing your order, and we will update that for you.


AREAS WE DELIVER TO
We deliver anywhere in South Africa. For international deliveries, please contact us for a quote on shipping or an alternative arrangement.
OUR PRIVACY POLICY
We will not share your personal information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use by us of any personal and other information you provide while using our services in accordance with our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to the Privacy Policy, please do not use our services. USING THE SERVICES
You can view the Services without providing any personal or individually identifiable information. You may also be able to set the security settings on your browser to prevent certain tracking and logging features. If you do that, the Services may be less functional for you. There are times when you may choose to give us personally identifiable information about yourself. For example, you may wish to register, make purchases and view information, receive emails from us, receive invitations to attend events, participate in discussions, preview new products and services, or participate in special promotions. If you register to use the Services or if you conduct transactions through the fraterfamilywines.co.za website, we will collect information about the transactions you engage in and your other activities. We need certain information from you to register you, authenticate you, process your registration information and payments, and send goods to you, as necessary.

Frater Family Wines will not release any personally identifiable information to third parties without your consent except as follows:

- By providing us your personally identifiable information grants Frater Family Wines the right to use such information for the provision of Services to you and for the benefit of Frater Family Wines without restrictions for the purposes that include, without limitation, research, marketing, and content, product and lead development.
- Frater Family Wines may share information we collect with our business and third party marketing partners. If we share your information, we will request that such third parties treat your information in accordance with this Privacy Policy and refrain from disclosing or using your personally identifiable information for purposes other than for the provision of Services to you or for the benefit of Frater Family Wines. Frater Family Wines does not provide personally identifiable information to unaffiliated third parties for use in marketing directly to you. To the extent required, you hereby authorize this use of your personally identifiable information.


INFORMATION SECURITY
Whenever you enter an area of the site that carries or requires you to enter sensitive information such as your credit card details, a padlock icon will appear in the address bar of your browser, indicating that the page is secure. Frater Family Wines uses the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) and Private Communications Technology security standards. SSL encodes your personal information by encrypting credit card number, name, address, phone number, identification number and your password so that they cannot be read by unauthorized parties. While we may provide encryption technologies and use other reasonable precautions to protect confidential information and provide suitable security, we do not guarantee that information transmitted through the Internet is secure, or that such transmissions will be free from delay, interruption, interception or error. From time to time, Frater Family Wines and its affiliates may communicate with you regarding your transactions and the administration of your account, current projects, special offers, invitations to events, offers for services, new product previews and updates to the Services, press releases and announcements concerning the services we provide, contests and sweepstakes, as well as important changes in our Terms & Conditions and this Privacy Policy. By providing us with your e-mail address and/or your mobile phone number, you consent to receiving such communications. If at any time you decide for any reason that you no longer wish to receive such communications, you may “opt out” of receiving them by using one of the following methods:
- Reply “opt out” to any sms received from Frater Family Wines.
- Click on the “Unsubscribe” link at the bottom of any email received from Frater Family Wines.
- E-mail us at sales@fraterfamilywines.co.za to remove your details from our marketing database. Be sure to provide your name, e-mail address and if applicable, your mobile number and specific relevant information about the particular service you no longer wish to receive.


Please be aware that when you opt out of receiving communications, it may affect the services you have chosen to receive from us where accepting the communications is a condition of receiving such services. By registering as a user or purchasing products, you consent to receiving administration and transaction related communications.


WHAT RIGHTS YOU HAVE OVER YOUR DATA
If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

You acknowledge and agree that, as between Frater Family Wines and you, all rights, titles, and interest in and to the Site and the Content, including without limitation any patents, copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, inventions, know-how, and all other intellectual property rights are owned exclusively by Frater Family Wines or its licensors and are protected by South African intellectual property laws and other applicable laws. Copyright: All content included in the Site, such as text, graphics, logos, icons, images, media, data, audio, animation, software and other information and materials, is the copyright and property of Frater Family Wines or its content suppliers and protected by South African and international copyright laws. Permission is granted to electronically copy and print hard copy portions of the Site for the sole purpose of placing an order on the Site; using the Site as a resource; or using the Site for personal information. Any other use, including the reproduction, modification, distribution, transmission, republication, display or performance, of the Content of the Site, is strictly prohibited.
Trademarks: The trademarks, service marks, logos, slogans, and trade names used on the Site are proprietary to Frater Family Wines. Unauthorized use of any trademark of Frater Family Wines may be a violation of trademark laws. Any third party names or trademarks referenced in the Site do not constitute or imply affiliation, endorsement or recommendation by Frater Family Wines or of Frater Family Wines by the third parties.


MODIFICATIONS TO SITE
Frater Family Wines reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Site, or any portion thereof, with or without notice. You agree that Frater Family Wines shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Site.
To register and become a member of our Site, use your valid email address and create a password to register your profile.

YOU WILL BE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL ACCESS TO AND USE OF THIS SITE BY ANYONE USING YOUR PASSWORD AND IDENTIFICATION WHETHER OR NOT SUCH ACCESS TO AND USE OF THIS SITE IS ACTUALLY AUTHORIZED BY YOU, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ALL COMMUNICATIONS AND TRANSMISSIONS AND ALL OBLIGATIONS (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, FINANCIAL OBLIGATIONS) INCURRED THROUGH SUCH ACCESS OR USE.


LEGAL DRINKING AGE
No alcoholic products will be sold to any person under the age of 18 (eighteen) years. When an order is placed for an alcoholic product, you will be required to warrant that you are over the age of 18 (eighteen) years. In addition, any person receiving delivery of alcoholic products may be required to show identification proving that he or she is of legal age.


SUSPENSION & TERMINATION RIGHTS
Frater Family Wines reserves the right, at its sole discretion, immediately and without notice, to suspend or terminate your access to the Site for any reason, including without limitation any breach by you of these Terms. You agree that Frater Family Wines shall not be liable to you or any third party for any such suspension or termination.


DISCLAIMER
The use of our website is at own risk in terms of the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 and the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002. Frater Family Wines shall not be liable to you for any damage (including consequential damages), loss or liability of any nature arising out of the use of this website or the services or content provided from and through the website.

You are responsible for taking all necessary precautions to insure that any Content or access to the Site is free of viruses or other harmful code.

For online payments we use the payment services of PayFast (https://www.payfast.co.za/). We do not process, record or maintain your credit card or bank account information.
